Welcome to Primary 1/2/3 - we are a busy class and love to learn and explore.  Our teachers are Mr Kearney and Mrs Kerr.  

This term our topic is 'Brrr, it's Cold' and we will be learning about artic animals, cold places and how to keep warm.

We love our indoor play and we have great fun:

• in our home corner 
• being creative with art materials
• dressing up and role playing
• constructing with junk materials and loose parts

Every pupil has outdoor playsuits and wellies and we take our play outside on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Our PE days are Thursday and Friday.

In numeracy we are learning about money, shape and space and place value.  We are also earning lots of stars in our Doodle Maths. In literacy, we are making great progress in our reading and are building our knowledge of our key words.  In story writing we are learning the 5 sentence structure and the process of story mapping.

We are looking forward to a successful term! :)
