Earlier this week, the boys and girls began their new topic of ‘Extreme Earth’. We discussed what we already knew about the topic and what we wanted to find out about. Our first session was about extreme temperature and we went on a fact hunt around our sensory garden to answer questions. We were able to learn about where the hottest place on earth is, where the coldest inhabited place on earth is and learned that an avalanche can move as fast as 100mph!
