P6/7 have really enjoyed having Netty into our school on a Thursday morning as she has been going through the Take 5 initiative with us. Each week she has been looking at a different aspect - Get active, Keep Learning, Be mindful, Give and Take Notice. We have looked at our feelings, learned breathing exercises and strategies to help us if we have big emotions. She has also taught us some Thai numbers and we have loved getting outside in each session to get active and learn new sports.
